Terms & Conditions
A provisional booking will be held for 14 days after which
time a deposit will be required to confirm the reservation.
If after 14 days you have not confirmed the date we will
release your provisional booking.
To secure the booking we require a non-refundable
deposit of £350.00 and the completed signed reservation
form. 50% of the outstanding balance is required 8 weeks
prior to your ceremony and the remaining balance is due
2 weeks prior to the date booked together with a table
plan and final numbers. Any extra charges incurred on the
day must be settled on departure. Prices include VAT at
the current rate of 15%. (Any change in the rate of VAT
will result in a change of prices). If for any reason you have
to cancel your plans the Mayfair Hotel reserves the right
to charge the following cancellation fees:
~ More than 6 months prior to the date
50% of anticipated account
~ Less than 6 months to the date
75% of anticipated account

We do recommend that you
take out Insurance to
safeguard your Special Day and cover you in the unlikely
event of unforeseen circumstances.
Booking Your Ceremony
You will be responsible for booking the Superintendent
Registrar to attend your Ceremony. You will need to
inform them of the proposed date and time of the
Ceremony.
