Music
Music may be allowed in the Ceremony Room or Garden at the discretion of the Hotel and with the consent of the Registrar. The Hotel has a music system in both the Garden Room and the Restaurant which can accommodate an MP3 player or CDs. The couple are responsible for ensuring that any music is suitable for the occasion.

Food & Beverage
It is a legal requirement that food and beverage are not consumed within the ceremony room for up to an hour prior to the Ceremony commencing.

The Reception Package
Whichever venue you have chosen for your Reception the price includes the following:
~ Red Carpet on Arrival
~ Cake Stand and Knife
~ Mayfair’s Garden for photography (weather permitting)
~ Overnight accommodation for the Happy Couple

The Civil Ceremony Package
Includes all the above together with the room you have chosen for the Ceremony set out in Church style, taped music for entrance, signing the Register and exit.

Guest Accommodation
We will be delighted to offer accommodation for your guests in the Hotel. We must advise you that your guests should book early to ensure that they obtain a room in the Hotel. All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of £35 per person and the Hotel will confirm the booking in writing .
